Of course mothers cry too. That is not a privilege only of minors. Well, like every human being, we express through tears what happens to us. And boy, are we invaded by various sensations and feelings when motherhood is undertaken.

Yes, we cry even when they see us as superheroines, almighty, facing life itself with integrity. Because we are fighters and warriors for the power that our deep love for our children confers on us. Because there is integrity even if our soul is shattered inside.

And what difference does it make if tiredness or sadness seem to overcome us. What lionesses we will always be to fight when it comes to the welfare of our loved ones. After all, these feelings that invade us today are fleeting states. Instead, the love of a child is infinite and eternal.

Why do mothers cry?

There are several reasons why mothers cry. Being a mom is really a difficult task. Imagine a job in which your working hours are 24 hours a day. Now add as a necessary condition not to receive any salary.

That is precisely being a mother, giving everything for nothing. Just for love. However, there is something more complicated, and that is that things usually do not go the way you want. Clutter, children’s behavior, and so on takes a great deal of time and patience on our part.

Then, in this context, the “monsters” of motherhood are present. Fear, stress, fatigue and frustration are the feelings that mothers tend to invade. An undoubtedly explosive mix that tends to corrode the interior of the anguished and anxious parent.

That’s not all, sometimes what kills is loneliness. It is not for less, if we consider that, despite having a family, many times we feel not only misunderstood, but also without support. Of course we need someone to accompany us on this hard road full of changes and sacrifices.

Many mothers forget that in addition to fulfilling that role, they were, are and will be women. They pamper their environment, but abandon and neglect themselves. Mothers know what it is to procrastinate, prioritizing those who enjoy our care but, many times, they do not look aside.

Mothers also need what we give

Of course, the person who takes care of his entire family also needs attention, care and especially support. Helping her out from time to time, listening to her, and offering companionship during her endless daily hustle and bustle wouldn’t be a bad thing at all. Even more so considering everything she does for you every day.

In this life we must not only value what people do for us, but also be grateful. A great way to give thanks is to give back at least some of what mothers give. Treat her, have a gesture that fills her soul and makes her feel that all these years of effort were worth it, or love.

Fill her heart and soul by sharing time, reaching out or simply expressing what you feel for her. Do not ever forget to tell her how much you love her, the ideal time is today, because tomorrow could be too late in this ephemeral life that we simply go through.

Never stop hugging your mother, filling her with kisses and having the most beautiful details that only she deserves. Life has put an angel in your way. An angel that you depended on for most of your life and who, even seeing him as so immense and unshakable, also needs you.

Mothers also cry. Therefore, it would be interesting if they contain them. Listen to what is hidden behind such crying and calm her by letting her know its immense value. Offer words of encouragement because, beyond any normal mistake of any person, your mom worked every day to educate you from the heart.
